Here’s a good shot of how you will need to reshape the Dragonfly blade.

• The pivot bore needs to be peened in and re-drilled out to 2.6mm. The exact location of the new pivot bore will affect the action of your Dragonfly blade.

• The back of the Dragonfly blade needs to be ground off a bit. GO SLOW! If you take off too much, you will not have a good snap. If you don’t take off enough and force the Dragonfly blade open, you WILL bend the spring and again not have good snap.
