58mm Spydernox Camper Surgeon

The base for this build was the Victorinox Minichamp. A Spyderco Honeybee and Nitecore NTK05 scalpel holder were added. The original blade was serrated and the ruler was turned into a wood saw. The scales are titanium and the liners are original.
